Overview

This Privacy Policy explains privacy context for QubicSwap's web interface. QubicSwap is designed as a non-custodial interface and does not ask for seed phrases or private keys.

No account registration or seed storage

QubicSwap does not require account registration to browse the interface. QubicSwap does not store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet recovery secrets. Transactions must be reviewed and signed through a compatible wallet or wallet provider outside the QubicSwap interface.

Information we may process

Depending on how you use the interface, QubicSwap may process limited technical, product, wallet, and blockchain-related information.

  • Public wallet addresses, balances, asset holdings, transaction hashes, order activity, liquidity context, and other public blockchain or indexer data.
  • Interface settings, selected markets, wallet connection state, service worker state, cache state, and other local app preferences stored by your browser.
  • Browser, device, page, referral, performance, diagnostic, network, and error information used to understand reliability and improve the product.
  • Information you voluntarily provide if you contact us, report a bug, or communicate with community or support channels.

How information is used

Information may be used to operate the interface, display wallet and market data, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, protect the service from abuse, measure usage, and maintain security.

Local storage, cookies, and similar technologies

The app may use browser storage, cache storage, cookies, and similar local technologies to remember settings, wallet connection state, interface preferences, service worker state, analytics state, and other product behavior on your device. You can manage browser storage and cookies through your browser settings, but clearing them may reset parts of the interface.

Analytics and logs

QubicSwap may collect limited usage, diagnostics, performance, and error information to understand reliability and improve the interface. Analytics and logs are intended to measure product behavior, identify technical problems, and protect the service from abuse.

Public nature of blockchain activity

Transactions submitted to public blockchain networks can be visible to others and may be difficult or impossible to remove. Public wallet addresses and transaction history may be linkable to other public activity. Avoid submitting information on-chain that you do not want to be public.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures for the systems we operate, but no website, wallet, network, or transmission method is perfectly secure. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for security, operational, or dispute-related reasons.

Children

QubicSwap is not directed to children. Do not use the interface if you are not legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.

Changes

This policy may be updated as QubicSwap changes. The updated date on this page identifies the current version.
